Kim Kardashian-West poses nude for the British GQ after being named Woman of the Year at the 2014 GQ Awards.

Kim K and Kanye West attended the GQ Men Of The Year Awards at the Royal Opera House in London on 2nd September.

She wore a haute couture gown by Ralph & Russo with crystal hand-embroidery.

Accepting her award, Kim said:

'I want to thank GQ for making me Woman of the Year, and my husband for making me feel like woman of the year every day.'
