The TV presenter had fibroids (non-cancerous tumours) around her womb removed and has fibroids-free for about a year now. She's ready for a fresh start and is looking forward to 2015, as she believes it's going to be a big year gor her.

"The newly single former beauty queen, after calling off her engagement to Mamelodi Sundowns soccer star Katlego Mashego, is back at gym and looks ravishing.
Kganyago says she was not comfortable showing off her body after the procedure left her with a scar on her stomach. This is her first time in front of the camera showing so much flesh.
"I'm confident in my skin and I'm starting a new life. I've even cut my hair short."
She says the health scare affecting many black women made her count her blessings.
"Life has been good to me, I feel like I'm starting a new life. 2015 will be a big year," she said.
Kganyago hosts The Link on SABC1 and has been dabbling in sport recently as a stand-in for Minnie Dlamini on SoccerZone, also on SABC1."
