KO LOSES WEIGHT & TWEETS ALLEGE HE IS HIV POSITIVE

Twitter went ablaze today & the terms: "R Mashesha", "Teargas" and "Your HIV status" were trending.

KO is a member of Teargas, a Hip Hop group.

When the picture below surfaced on twitter, people started speculating that KO may be HIV positive based on his dramatic weightloss.

There have been speculations about R Mashesha's HIV status, following his dramatic weightloss.  He has however dismissed the rumours that he might be HIV positive. 

In light of all the above, Zalebs reported that KO's manager, Thabiso Khati dismissed the rumours when they contacted him and said the following: "I'm not going to honour this rumour with any s***. We have nothing to say on the matter"

"KO gyms and cycles everyday, he used to be chunky but he's now in good shape and living a healthy lifestyle. He doesn't drink or smoke or anything. There's no story here."
