ONLINE PETITION FOR BEYONCE & JAY Z TO COMB BLUE IVY'S HAIR

It is reported that Jasmine Toliver, a woman from Brooklyn in New York City, has started an online petition on Change.org for Jay Z and Beyoncé to comb their two-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter‘s hair.

Change.org is a media plartform to create awareness about more critical and serious issues like, Human Rights, Violence etc

Be that as it may, Jasmine decided to use it as a platform to reach out to The Carter's and she states that

  "As a woman who understands the importance of hair care. It’s disturbing to watch a child suffering from the lack of hair moisture. The parents of Blue Ivy. Sean Carter A.K.A Jay-Z and Beyoncé has failed at numerous attempts of doing Blue Ivy Hair. This matter has escalated to the child developing matted dreads and lint balls. Please let’s get the word out to properly care for Blue Ivy hair."
