R KELLY COMMENTS ON DAUGHTER'S TRANSGENDER STATUS

Earlier this month, R. Kelly's 14-year-old child Jaya revealed that she is a boy trapped in a girl's body and changed her name to Jay (Read here). R Kelly had maintained his silence until recently when he was asked about it during a live radio interview.

Kelly was asked to address "report of [his] daughter becoming [his] son."

His response was somewhat obtuse:

"You don't really wanna open it up by saying my daughter is becoming my son,"  "Don't even give the blogs that kind of credit. You know what I'm saying? Real talk."

Kelly simply implied that the romours were false, even though Jay came out personally, in his/her own words, via his Ask.fm account.

It seems like Kelly is still in denial about his daughter's sexual orientation!!
