According to the Daily Sun, Omuhle was cheating with Kaizer Chiefs striker Siyabonga Nkosi and apparently music DJ, Lulo Cafe, knew about the affair for a while before he reportedly broke up with her.

A source told the paper that “She (Omuhle) organised him (Lulo) a birthday party but he never showed up and she realised something was wrong. Lulo brought up her affair with Siya and said he could not continue with their relationship any longer.”
“She was hurt and heartbroken because she didn’t expect him to dump her like that," added the source.
“She’s begged Lulo to take her back and promised that she won’t cross him again. Because he loves her, he had no choice and considered that they could start over. He told her it would take time to trust her,” further added the source.
However, Omuhle has disputed the romours and took to twitter to deny the allegations:
