KELLY KHUMALO DID NOT GET ANYTHING FROM SENZO MEYIWA'S ESTATE

According to Sunday World, the Meyiwa's have sidelined Kelly Khumalo, the singer is getting absolutely nothing from the estate of late Senzo Meyiwa, who died in the singer's hands after he sustained severe wounds from gun shots at Kelly's maternal home, in Vosloorus, Johannesburg.

The publication has established that Senzo's estate consists of the following:

1. BMW X6;
2. BMW 1 Series; and 
3. VW Golf 5 GTi.

In terms of matrimonial law, depending on Senzo's marital status I.e in community of prop etc, so hypothetically speaking if Senzo's marriage to Mandisa Mkhize was in community of property, as the surviving spouse Mandisa is entitled to (1/2) half of the deceased's estate and the other half will be divided amongst the deceased's children. Thus accordingly, Kelly's daughter with Senzo will get something and Kelly, on the other side will get zilch unless Senzo had made a special bequest on his Will, if he even had one. In conclusion, the singer is not entitled to anything as she was just a mistress and not legally married to the deceased.
