CASSPER NYOVEST IS A "HIGH SCHOOL DROP OUT"

Cassper Nyovest (24), whose real name is Refiloe Maele Phoolo, grew up in Mafikeng, where he attended high school at Sol Plaatje Secondary School. He failed grade 10 and the at age of 16, dropped out of high school, and relocated to Johannesburg the following year to pursue his career in music.

Speaking to Move magazine, Cassper said: “Going to school wasn’t my path to follow. I don’t have time. I will go back to school maybe someday when I’m bored. I won’t go back right now."
