Paul Walker's crash: Driver's widow, Kristine Rodas sues Porsche

Paul Walker & Roger Rodas trgically died in a fatal car crash in November last year.

Roger's widow, Kristine Rodas is reportedly suing Porsche negligence and wrongful death. According to TMZ, Kristine is claiming that the accident was caused by faulty mechanics.

Further to the above,  she is claiming that the car veered out of control due to a malfunctioning part in the suspension & as a result her husband could not regain control before crashing into a pole.

She alleges that the Porsche Carrera GT did not have a cage and racing fuel cell  which prevents fuel from igniting upon impact and is a feature often found in race cars.
